Fonts in Flash
Is there a way you can save the fonts in flash so when you move the file over to the school computer the fonts are not missing and you have to use default fonts? If there is a way could you let me know as soon as possible? Thanks!!! Sorry it's such short notice.
select the text and right click (or whatever the mac equivalent is) and choose "break apart". This will separate each letter of the word. Then select them all and do the "break apart" again.
I will ask richard if students can bring in their own fonts. this will allow you to edit it at school. If not, you can always just export a swf and bring that.
I usually just put the text in illustrator (select it) and "create outlines"...It converts all the type to outline paths so you don't have to worry about the font issue. (After you do this you can just drag it and drop it into flash or export it from illustrator as an illustrator or swf file)
